Jason Kruk is a drummer, composer and educator in New York City.
With over 20 years of experience, I have engaged diverse musical environments ranging from jazz, funk, fusion, Afro-Cuban salsa, theater/pit work, and pop to various tours with rock bands, jazz groups, singer songwriters and performing with a radio broadcast big band.

Touring and festival appearances:
I have toured the United States and Europe, including France, Czechoslavakia, Slovakia, Italy, the U.S. and British Virgin Islands, and Canada. While in NYC, I have performed at well known venues such as the Bitter End, the 55 Bar, the Living Room, as well as many other venues throughout Manhattan and Brooklyn.
I have worked with a variety of artists including MCA recording artists the Jay Quinn Band, Grammy winners Mike League (Snarky Puppy), Mike Maher (Snarky Puppy), Bob Lanzetti (Snarky Puppy), Tom Luer (Gordon Goodwin Band), Sean Nowell, Art Hirahara, Isamu McGregor, Dan Arcamone, Mike Nunno, FRO, Linda Oh, Pascal Le Boeuf, Remy Le Boeuf, Josephine Ancelle, the Bryan Hilton Quintet, also known as B and the Buzz, Mojo Perry, Grammy-Award Winner Jeff Eckels, Ken Peplowski, Kim Richmond, Fima Ephron, Kelly Sill, Randy Sabien, Galen Abdul-Zarrahk, Chris Hoffman, Matt Turner, Marlin McKay, Mark Urness, David Liebman, Tom Washatka, Emilie Cardinaux, A.J. Mallory (Rebirth Brass Band), Dave Sullivan, Jon Harmon, Michael Spiro, Donny McCaslin, Gene Bertoncini and many other gifted artists.
I am honored to have made music with Dave Douglas, Scott Colley, Steve Cardenas, Adam Benjamin and Han Bennick while attending the Banff workshop in Jazz and Creative music.
